Choose an Integrity Card from player A and one from player B. Neither may be eliminated and neither may be you. Put the card you chose from player B and put it in the same place as the card you chose from player A. You'll take the card you chose from player A and put it where the card you chose from player B used to be. If either card was face-up, it remains face-up. If either card was face-down, it remains face-down. The exchange of these cards may cause player A and/or player B to now be on a different team. If the exchange of these cards causes either player A or B to have both the Kingpin and Agent, they can flip over all their cards because they immediately win the game.

What happens if I get both the Agent and the Kingpin?
You win the game immediately. Note that you will never be dealt both the Agent and Kingpin at the beginning of the game because of the way the cards are dealt. If you were dealt both from the beginning of the game, you'll want to ask the dealer to read the rules for dealing Integrity Cards again.
Let's say player A plays Blackmail on player B and player C to exchange one of their Integrity Cards. Before playing Blackmail, player B was the Agent and player C was the Kingpin. Player B is given an Honest card from player C and player C is given the Agent card from player B. Now player C has both the Agent and the Kingpin. Player C can flip over all their Integrity Cards and declare victory because they win the game.
When can I play an Equipment card?
As long as it doesn't specifically say when you play it, you can play an Equipment card at any time, whether it is your turn or someone else's turn. Just loundly declare to the table 'STOP' and then play your card face-up on the table. You MAY play it in response to someone taking a specific ACTION, but before that action is resolved. The player who declared the action may choose a different action to take after the Equipment is resolved if the Equipment prevented them from taking an action. You may NOT play an Equipment card in response to another Equipment card being played. The first Equipment card must be fully resolved before other Equipment cards may be played. When we talk about PLAYING an Equipment card, that means taking it out of your hand, putting it face-up on the table. If an Equipment card is already on the table, when its effect is triggered, you're not PLAYING it, so its effect could prevent the effect of another Equipment card.
What happens to the Wounded token if a card transfers ownership of a wounded Leader to another player?
The Wounded Token transfers along with the card to the new owner. In previous versions of the rules, a Wounded Token was given to a player, but that was later revised so that the Wounded Token is put on the Leader Card itself.
Can I use this card on myself?
If a card says you can choose 'a player' or 'any player' or 'one player' or 'two players', you may choose yourself. If it says you can choose 'another player' or 'other players', you may NOT choose yourself.
