Choose an Equipment card held by one player (you can choose yourself if you wish) and give it to another player (you may not give it to yourself). That player is still subject to their hand limit, so if they already had a card in their hand, they will have to discard one of them before either can be used.

Is there a limit on the number of Equipment cards you can have in your hand?
Yes. You can only have 1 Equipment card in your hand at once. If you get more than 1, you must immediately discard down to 1. You may NOT use an Equiopment card as a way to discard it.
What if I go to draw an Equipment Card and there are none left in the deck?
This won't happen because every Equipment card that is used or discarded gets put on the bottom of the Equipment Deck.
When can I use my Promotion ability?
You may only use your Promotion ability on your turn. The only exception is S.W.A.T. Officer, which has an ability that is always in effect.
Can I use this card on myself?
If a card says you can choose 'a player' or 'any player' or 'one player' or 'two players', you may choose yourself. If it says you can choose 'another player' or 'other players', you may NOT choose yourself.
