Everyone holding an Equipment passes it to the player on their right at the same time. That means that, if the player to your left did NOT have an Equipment, you will NOT have an Equipment. If the player to your left had an Equipment, you will now have that Equipment.

When can I use my Promotion ability?
You may only use your Promotion ability on your turn. The only exception is S.W.A.T. Officer, which has an ability that is always in effect.
Can I use this card on myself?
If a card says you can choose 'a player' or 'any player' or 'one player' or 'two players', you may choose yourself. If it says you can choose 'another player' or 'other players', you may NOT choose yourself.
