Do I win if I am on the winning team but an eliminated by the time the game ends?
Yes. You win with your team, even if you were elimianted.
If you are an Honest cop who was elimianted, but the Kingpin goes down by the end of the game, you still win. I'm sure you did something to help your team, even if it's just absorbing a bullet that could have gone towards the Agent.
