Each player who has all 3 of their Integrity Cards face-up may take a Gun if they do not already have a Gun or Arms and aim at any player who has not been eliminated. If they DO have a Gun or Arms, they may change their aim if they wish. If a player take a Gun because of this, they may not shoot it on the turn this Equipment Card was played so it would not allow you to both take a Gun and shoot it on the same turn. You can have this card in your Equipment Deck when you are playing with or without the Zombies expansion.

When can I play an Equipment card?
As long as it doesn't specifically say when you play it, you can play an Equipment card at any time, whether it is your turn or someone else's turn. Just loundly declare to the table 'STOP' and then play your card face-up on the table. You MAY play it in response to someone taking a specific ACTION, but before that action is resolved. The player who declared the action may choose a different action to take after the Equipment is resolved if the Equipment prevented them from taking an action. You may NOT play an Equipment card in response to another Equipment card being played. The first Equipment card must be fully resolved before other Equipment cards may be played. When we talk about PLAYING an Equipment card, that means taking it out of your hand, putting it face-up on the table. If an Equipment card is already on the table, when its effect is triggered, you're not PLAYING it, so its effect could prevent the effect of another Equipment card.
When do I aim a Gun I get from something other than the Arm action?
If you acquire a Gun in a non-traditional way, like from an Equipment card, you immediately aim it at a player of your choosing.
Can I pick up a Gun when I already have one?
No. If you already have a Gun or Arms (Zombies expansion), nothing may be used that would give you another one.
